Great job. Arrived early but didn't have to wait. Good service, in and out in less than 30 minutes.

My time slot was 8-10 but I received and email at 7.30ish to say he’d arrive at 11. I thought that’s fine. 11 came and went and no show so jumped on the chat and he said he was on his way. Didn’t arrive until 12.30. However once he was here I had no issues. Got things fixed in great time and even fixed my passenger side window (although not sure that was intentional but an added bonus) I haven’t driven the car since but it starts up much better than before so overall very pleased.

Simon was really helpful and efficient. Gave me the facts and possible options to resolve. Would definitely use again.

Gareth was fantastic, arrived on time, kept me updated on the progress of the works, and even found the handbrake cable to be faulty, sourced a new one and replaced it. I was a bit worried when the recovery firm didn't show up due to their broken down vehicle. However, in the end, A1 actually collected my car themselves and fixed my clutch within a couple of hours. Very impressed with their service.

They were terrific, I was sceptical at first. I get really nervous when getting any work done on my car as I find the whole process quite intimidating, however, they took the car at half 9 and it was returned at half 11 fully MOT and serviced. They made what is usually a very draughting process for me into a very simple one. I will 100% use them again.

Gary arrived punctually after a bit of renegotiation over arrival time. He did the service on my drive then took the car away for the MOT, which I hadn't expected but all was fine.

fantastic service. there was a slight error my end when indicating the availability of the garage where the car was at (i didn't realise all day literally meant all day!). as soon as i realised the appointment was booked for outside their opening hours i raised a request on clickmechanic and James changed it immediately. he phoned me and explained the whole process and also phoned the garage to arrange everything. on the day he rang me to go through the findings with me, and again had also spoken to the garage to let them know what the issues are. i feel so much more assured in buying the car now and would 100% use the service again and highly recommend clickmechanic.
