Mechanic was on time did the service advise on tyre also I have no hesitation useng click mechanic I have used them several times in the past and always had a good service from them

Arrived early and inspection report was completed along with photos same day. Identified some issues with the car and I am now in contact with the garage to get these issues sorted before purchase. Great service.

fantastic service. there was a slight error my end when indicating the availability of the garage where the car was at (i didn't realise all day literally meant all day!). as soon as i realised the appointment was booked for outside their opening hours i raised a request on clickmechanic and James changed it immediately. he phoned me and explained the whole process and also phoned the garage to arrange everything. on the day he rang me to go through the findings with me, and again had also spoken to the garage to let them know what the issues are. i feel so much more assured in buying the car now and would 100% use the service again and highly recommend clickmechanic.

Picked up and delivered back home all without any fuss. Friendly and polite and all worked out ok!

The company were punctual at collection for a supposed 5hr job ....2days later they finally rang to tell me my car was fixed and being returned As for now the new clutch seems ok

Can't tell if he is good or not because he couldn't give me a diagnosis,and the problems remained £150 down and none the wiser. I've also paid for a health check but no check results. I could have flushed that money down the toilet and be in the same positions.
