John was great, late because of the previous job overrunning but that couldnt be helped, he still came despite it being early evening & did the job well.

Joseph had goo communication though the repair. The repair took longer than thought due to a delay in in parts which was no fault of Joseph. But thought this he had good communication on the process and worked though rain thunder and lightning to get the job done and couldn't ask for a harder word mechanic.

I was stuck on what to do. My road recovery told me I need to change Radiator. My car was just there not knowing where to go or get a good mechanic. Two days after Mechanic: Bogdan-Florin Florea arrived he was supported to be here from 1 to 5 but arrived very early. He was very professional, listened. And straight away started on the job. 2-3 hours later.come and knocked on the door the job is done. He asked if we can go for a test drive to make sure everythig is working properly and I am happy with everhing. He did a great job. He changed Radiator on my captiva there is one more thing he told me to change in future but overrall I am so happpy with the service. And back on the road with no issues at all.
