Very good. Although running late, kept me informed all the way. Tried to save the existing battery rather than replace but that didn't work. Very friendly. Very conciencious. Would thoroughly recommend.

Avoid, your job won't be done and when asking ClickMechanic for help resolving the issue you won't be assisted. My car was taken for 24 hour for a service and returned with service lights still on,when questioning Shoko phoned and said a full service takes too long but he cleaned the oil filters. Originally offered a refund, a free MOT and valet but now is back tracking!

Bogdan rang to see if he could come earlier, which was fine. Unfortunately he had been sent the wrong part, so he had to return the following day, when the work was completed.

My time slot was 8-10 but I received and email at 7.30ish to say he’d arrive at 11. I thought that’s fine. 11 came and went and no show so jumped on the chat and he said he was on his way. Didn’t arrive until 12.30. However once he was here I had no issues. Got things fixed in great time and even fixed my passenger side window (although not sure that was intentional but an added bonus) I haven’t driven the car since but it starts up much better than before so overall very pleased.
