I am not happy with the work they carried out because no work been done. I got my question back as an answer for what i reason I have called them not the solution. There was an oil around engine so, oil leakage. There was an electrical fault so, you got some electrical issue's.. waste of money 101£ for nothing

Greats communication on collection time, came bang on time and returned vehicle when they said they would. cannot fault service.

Ben did a great job but he was late in arriving, he was booked to come between 8am and 10am. I did get a call in the morning shortly before 9am and was told he would probably be with me around 11am. He called me at 12pm to say he was on his way. He arrived at 1.15pm. There was no apology or explanation as to why he was so late. This in turn made me late for a hospital appointment. However, he did do a good and efficient job. I have used click mechanic before without any problems so I would look to use them again when needed and would recommend them.

Very happy with the the service they provided they communicated very well and prioritised to get my car back on the road.

James was a really friendly guy, answered any questions I had about what was being service and the service was completed relatively quickly. He identified a nail in my one tyre which I was not aware of. Would Recommend James from L J T Autos Ltd.

I am happy with the work carried out. However feedback for future jobs like this: I was hoping for a more detailed battery condition assessment of the hybrid battery but I think that lies in my misunderstanding of the pre-purchase inspection limitations. When purchasing a 10 year old plug in hybrid, it would be great if there is a specific assessment stating “it’s working at 80% capacity” for example

The master who changes the oil of the car is someone who has good human relations I'm sure he does his job in the same way, he shows his quality and knowledge in the statements already made.

It has been a fast and efficient service, happy with result and advice I got on the day. Mechanic was punctual and had good communications throughout.

Scott responded to the request quickly and called to check in on details before the job. He went above and beyond and really helped us out in a tricky situation with it just being after the easter holidays too. I would definitely recommend!
