Mechanic completed job, he was friendly enough but wasn’t knowledgeable on whether the job actually needed doing and only referred to the onboard computer. He didn’t explain what he had done. I am happy with job completed.

The work requested was carried out but there were issues with communication on the original day booked and at the rearranged time a different mechanic to the one listed here was sent to complete the work. While completing the work this mechanic left the car with the wheel off and took the car keys without informing us where they were going and was not able to be contacted.

Jack asked if there were any particular areas of concern and addressed these for me, with a full explanation of the findings of the report. Very responsive to messages i left him in the app and called back promptly when i used the number. Recommended mechanic.

Both lads were brilliant great conversations, great knowledge and answered all my questions. Give these lads a shout.

Major Service. Jamey and his partner were absolutely brilliant. Very efficient and effective. He explained everything and listened to every silly question i had and reassured me on other issues i was concerned about. Will 100% reccomend to others. Showed me before and after pictures of everything he had done. Thank you Lads. Will be using again in the future.

Didn’t help us , we pay £ 90 for nothing. O diagnostic, no results. So i”m not happy anymore with this type service:

Aaron was what you want from a mechanic. Turned up, did the job and helped with my questions. The only hiccup, was what I was quoted to what I paid was £80 difference. I got the quote from the website, and the mechanic was smart enough to realise the parts quoted were not the correct parts so ordered the correct parts, which was where the difference came from. I was happy to pay for the work, just a bit put out there was no help from customer service at all. Overall very happy and would recommend
