Sorin was brilliant i needed to change my time which he accommodated instantly, he’s called before collecting my car, and the. when dropping it back off… communication was first class.

He turned up there for 25 minutes max. We booked a premium 2-3 hour service. He didn't even take the wheels off, or raise the van, or actually inspect it. We and the sellers watched him the whole time. He even came way earlier than we booked and was rude. His report is shoddy, his pictures also show he didn't get under the van or even inspect the back. YOU as clickmechanic have missold us. The duration the detail etc were not correct. I demand a refund now. Your site is full of scammers and you support them.

Two mechanic,s Turned up on Time 8.00am The Water pump and Cam belt were fitted by 10.40. they left my car cleaner that when they turn up.I would recommend your company any time
