The whole experience was really great. Having gotten fed up with being quoted £465 for a service and MOT from the main dealer (whose customer service has been poor for 4 years - drop off hassle, no communication, additional/hidden charges, no availability for months, no courtesy cars, having to keep the car for parts etc etc… this service seemed too good to be true. Pick up and drop off was straight forward and as agreed (and fast), great communication about advice and costs, car and considerably less than main dealer. Marcus and Co were spot on. Called me in the morning suggesting he may be a tad late, but in fact was earlier than he thought. Throughout the scheduled works, identified a few other peices that may need doing and completed it there and then without any hassle. Explanation throughout was easy to understand, and Marcus made it feel like I had him all day to answer my questions. 100% recommended, and will be using him again.
