James was great, he provided a pre purchase vehicle inspection for a van over 200 miles away from where I’m based and it really gave me important insight before making any decisions to travel and view it myself. The report is detailed and extensive. Would definitely recommend this service to others - notably it’s considerably cheaper than some other companies for the same service. Would use this again for sure.

I did think the garage would put some windscreen soap in my washers - they didn't , also forgot to stamp my service - both easy things to do on the checklist which is provided of work carried out so, I am a bit dubious as to what they actually did do. Also the gentleman that brought my car back must have had grubby hands as my hands were dirty after i'd driven it home, I had to clean the steering wheel gearstick and handbrake etc Usually when you've had a mot , you find the seat belts plugged in when you get the car back - they weren't. A bit of a head scratcher for me really.

Jason from Mark and Sons was fantastic, he rang me when he was a few minutes away and was also a few minutes early, He was friendly and polite and got on with the work extremely quickly, When finished he explained what he had done and what I needed to do the next time I drove the car, would definitely recommend and use again.

The whole experience was really great. Having gotten fed up with being quoted £465 for a service and MOT from the main dealer (whose customer service has been poor for 4 years - drop off hassle, no communication, additional/hidden charges, no availability for months, no courtesy cars, having to keep the car for parts etc etc… this service seemed too good to be true. Pick up and drop off was straight forward and as agreed (and fast), great communication about advice and costs, car and considerably less than main dealer.
