Kalim kept me informed at all times. He told me of the potential problems of the Insignia's in his experience's with them. He ensured that I wanted him to continue due to high cost and future implications that may occur. The car was returned in good working order and his still running fine. Kalim was amiable and professional in his manner. He also followed up to ensure everything was OK. Very good experience overall, will be using Kalim again.

He was on time, and friendly. He was very polite and courteous, and kept me informed as to what work he needed to do and why.

Although I did not really speak that much to the mechanic as I was working, he carried out the diagnostics and reported to me what was required. It took approx 20 minutes so I think the £82 paid is a little extreme, however I do appreciate he drove to my premises to complete the diagnostics, so understand fuel costs etc have to be covered

They fixed the issue but did charge me before the work was done so i wasnt overly happy about that as the way its worded on ClickMechanic suggests you wont be charged until you go to get your car. Left me overdrawn as i hadnt moved the money over and charged me outside of this platform for the collection of my car, which was over the £70 that click mechanic states. Be careful with this service.

Didn't turn up to fix the car as agreed, changed the appointments several times last minute. Unprofessional.. Never came across a mechanic who has diagnosed a car by just starting the car and charged £70 for it. It's a joke.

Mechanic was slightly late, but overall was a friendly person. Checked over the car well and was able to tell what the problem was. Very good communication.
