Jake was amazing he came and took the car way and finished the Job ahead of schedule.
Other garages had refused the work but Jake was knowledgeable and his expertise and experience singled him out from other lesser mechanics

Absolutely appalling. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE WITH AVS. The mechanic (J, Jay, Jason) took my car, crashed it, cut my dashcam from its mounting, stole my SD card (apparently it had jumped out of the dashcam/wasn't there in the first place) and left me, as a disabled person, without a means of transport for 3 weeks.
My car was eventually returned with damage under the bonnet, scratches to the bumper, a broken grill, left and right headlamp bulbs blown and an ill-fitting bonnet remaining as damage to my car. Not to mention a missing SD card for my dashcam.
Garry eventually came to my house, returned my SD card (which had miraculously reappeared but with images deleted) and pledged to put any outstanding damage right, that was over 13 months ago!!.

My mechanic from Avs was excellent. The car is running fine and I am happy with the work carried out. I was informed that I needed an extra piece of work (the clutch master cylinder also needed replacing) and of course no-one likes to be told that an additional part had failed. But this squared with what other mechanics had told me, so that was ok. I would rather be told the full truth about my vehicle than not. So thankyou again.

On time did an excellent job shown me the old timing belt good job we had it changed was cracked all round it would use him again

Fantastic job, nothing was too much trouble. Mechanic completed the work quickly and to a high standard despite the dreadful weather. Can't recommend him highly enough.
