Yes James was friendly & knowledgable.He seemed to know what he was doing. He wasn’t very punctual. He was supposed to come between 9.00 & 11.00 am. I rang him about 11.45 & he said he was 25 miles away He arrived about 12.30 , so that wasn’t too bad. He told me about biting point in the car, so that was helpful. Thank you Annie

The wipers the mechanic fitted blew off immediately. He claimed they were defective and promised to replace them the same day, Monday. Then he was coming Tuesday, but he didn't. Instead Wednesday.

I haven't test driven the car yet , but all seems OK except it's very low on fuel.

Nick was punctual and efficient and helpful and clean. His work appears to be fine but very disappointed that the mechanic was unable to update the electronic service history on my (BMW) car. I've just paid for a major service but the service history does not display this :( .... I am informed that this is due to a lack of the correct equipment to update this.
