Bogdan was very friendly and carried out the work although I was told he would arrive between 12-2 and didn’t get to me until 6.30. I have had another diagnostic test done today and it shows I need a new part because the car isn’t recognising it has enough rpms.

On completion, there was a very minor problem which was put right as soon as l informed the service department. He had to return for a second visit because the issue wasn’t just what I had initially thought it was, he came back and where he got the part from gave him the wrong pump so he then had to come back a third time with the right part.
