Highly recommend Jack! He helped me replace my alternator, and he was incredibly patient, thorough, and kind. Even though I had booked an evening slot and it was already quite late, Jack patiently took the time to check the issue with my headlights and provided me with very helpful advice. I really appreciate his dedication!

Alex was very friendly and chatty. His work was of excellent quality. He was very clean leaving no rubbish or mess.

My car was not picked up at the specified time slot, though this may have been a fault with ClinckMechanic's booking system, or the driver, and not with Jay. My Nissan Note needed new blower motors and resistor which I appreciate was a massive job for a Nissan Note as the whole dash needs to come out. Jay got the parts ordered and completed work super quickly which was amazing as I was on a time crunch to go away. My only other concern was, as I was anxious to get the car back quickly, I needed a bit more communication around timings but I know this isn't always possible.

John and his colleague were fantastic. Called me to explain he'd be a bit late due to waiting for a part but still carried out the job in good time and could just be left to get on with it with no fuss. Would highly recommend and use his services again.

Charlie was great after further inspections during the service a fault was found which ment that the mot spot was not used but the mot will take place now on Friday. Good communication throughout
