Michael was very good, unfortunately we had to order a new caliper and hose. the hose took an extra 2 days. Michael returned and the car was back on the road. he did di it in the dark and very cold weather. the brakes did need bleeding as they were very squishy. i did this myself the next day

Kul was a very friendly and professional chap. Shortly after booking he sent me a courteous message confirming he had collected the part required. The following day he sent me another message confirming an ETA and was within 5 minutes of that. Left him to it and job was done in no time. This is my first time using this service and I can be a bit of a worrier and just felt his level of communication from accepting the job was clear and honoured from start to finish. Would highly recommend him.

Nothing to fault with the work that Robert did. He replaced discs and pads to the front of an Audi A5. He was on time, professional and polite, despite the sub-zero temperatures. Would definitely use him again.
