Dans work was excellent. He was cheerful and chatty... even though every bolt had rusted and needed to be cut, chiselled then replaced.

Jack was brilliant, easy to communicate with, accommodating and understanding. The worked booked in was no problem and he went above and beyond to ensure that was all that was required. Open, honest and efficient with the requirements of the job. Very experienced and luckily for me a wizard with Vauxhalls. Very happy with the work/repair carried out and have no issues using again in future as well as recommending to others.

From the start, Dan was excellent at communicating—he explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process. He came to my house, fixed the issue efficiently, and gave me great reassurance about the overall condition of my car. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also offered some useful tips and advice on car maintenance that I really appreciated. I had a quote for rear brake pads of £100. Was told a disc needed replacing too, but I did not authorise that, however it was done and an extra £143 charged to my card. A job my husband could have done at a fraction of the cost. Wanted only the pads to get me out of trouble, before driving over 100miles home as I am only visiting. I should have been given a quote and agreed before it was done.
