Mechanic was amazing really helpful explained to me what was going to happen with the car sent me photos throughout kept in contact with me about my car absolutely would highly recommend this garage to anyone who need work doing on there car

I never met the mechanic. He communicated by text. His communication was clear. The new alternator works fine. The car was not returned on the day of the repair because the driver responsible for it's return had to return home to deal with an emergency. It was reurned after 10 am the following day. The colection of the car was within the time slot identified but the return was later than expected. The repair is fine. I assume it will stay that way. I am not qualified to assess the work of a mechanic.

I thought our mechanic was really nice initially he told us what he thought was wrong promised to call us back the next morning with a quote to get it fixed heard nothing off him left him a message and called him and heard nothing back so as far as I can see I have just wasted 65 pound asking him to come out in the first place
