Took 2 days instead of one

I've had countless mechanics come to my car without being able to fix it or telling me things need replacing. Last week this mechanic came over and within 10 minutes let me know the problem and got my car started, something the RAC couldn't do. Never using another service again!

Kat and Marian were punctual, communucative, did the job quickly and good quality of work! Found the problem swiftly and sorted it!

On time punctual pick up. All of the work was completed, I assume to good standard.
Communication was poor, the car did not come back on the same day and I had to chase for an update.
With some sort of mis communication between Click Mechanic and the Mechanic which was sorted, but still frustrating.

Kat arrived quickly for the initial diagnosis, explained what work would be required to fix the car and recovered it to the garage for the work to be completed. This was done as quickly as the parts could be ordered in and the car was returned promptly.

Kat was brilliant . He answered any questions I had and explained why the work had to be carried out

Kat arrived on time and took the car to do the work. 5 hours or so later he returned it all done, gave me the keys and said goodbye - it was that simple.
He was very polite and showed me the defective parts before leaving.

Front coil springs replaced by Kat,very pleased with the work that was done.
