Kat was excellent - arrived in time and had the car back within 3 hours for MOT and Full service. Great service as I didn't have to leave the house and much cheaper than the major garage chains.

Wasn’t due to come until 2pm but rung me at 9am to see if he could come then which was better for me as I needed my car. Communication was good kept me updated on what was going on.

The mechanic was first class
From the call to say they were collecting my car , the mid job call to say how it was going and the call to say it was on its way back to me could not have gone any better

I was really impressed with the service from Kat as I will admit I was very nervous about using the Internet in the 1st place to find a mechanic to come to my house a nd then fix the car. Kat was excellent he was on time , he kept me updated , fixed the car and even bought m6 car back a lot earlier than was expected. Very impressed and the cost of the repair work was one of the lower quotes. I would highly recommend Kat for repairing your car. Even takes the hassle out of going to a garage especially if you care a woman. 5*

Kat was brilliant! He explained everything in depth and showed me signs of poor workmanship by previous garage (Halfords). Hard worker with good communication and with a "can do" attitude. What more could anyone want from a mechanic?! Price was fantastic too! Almost half the price of what local garages quoted me.

I had an issue with my van, I suspected it was the alternator. I didn't know where to go and came across ClickMechanic during a search.
