Does a premium inspection that’s meant to last 2-3 hours within an hour. Says he drove the car and there was an issue, turns out he never did and the issue wasn’t even there. I mean how would you know when you do a minute test drive I guess. Gets caught up in his lies but obviously doesn’t care since he received his money. Wouldn’t waste my time with this mechanic. Does half a job and most of the stuff he puts on the report he just gave a tick without even checking. Marks down bodywork and paint issues but doesn’t take the photos on the report and can’t even recall where this was. Keeps changing his stories when being confronted. You definitely don’t get what you pay for and I will take this further. Stay well away!

nathan done a great job replacing my alternator he worked like a trooper with no breaks, he was very friendly and knowledgable.. how ever communication with the company itself was not the best. would of been great to be given updates or courtesy calls instead of me having to contact them especially when it’s gone past the agreed time slot , the first day i originally paid extra for as a priority slot ended up being changed to the day after because i was told click mechanic system did not specify it was a mobile job instead of a garage job. although i did pay for a mobile service originally , how ever the job is done , my vehicle is working great ! just think they need to work on their communication. overall i am happy

Ebo was excellent- changed the clutch, coil springs and water pump on my mini. He picked the car up, kept me informed throughout the process and then brought it back once finished. Great service, I would defo use Ebo and Car Mechanic again

The diagnostic was okay but The main problem is still not sorted.I now have to look for another mechanic to fix the issue.Not even referrals.So i’m still stranded and not happy customer.Not happy with the services.
