Returned my car after MOT air con refresh interim service with a headlamp not working. This is a telling reflection of the quality of service. What did the MOT tester do? This lamp was working before the car left my house!

Left engine cover off.. moaned a lot. Didnt really get to the end of what was actually up with it. Said he couldn’t get to the starter motor. Just a guess that’s what was up with the van.
