William did a good job and the car seems to be working fine. I know this repair was a bit tricky and took a bit longer than it usually would have. As a general suggestion I think it'd be good if mechanics working for Clickmechanic texted the car owner with an update if it's going to take substantially longer than expected. I'd recommend William and Clickmechanic, generally. It's been a better experience than most garages I've used.

Arrived on time he finished the work in 5 minutes. Very friendly has good knowledge about car.

Other than being really quite late but i did have to rebook for unforeseen reasons and they still took my repair on. Once here they got the repair done swiftly! And all seems well. I would have thrm sgain this is the second repair they have done for me.

I understand some time is taking is taking longer to do a job. Stuff comes up so a few hours turn into 2 days job. So I had to rent a car for to days. Let’s call that bad luck and I can get over that. But I can’t get over of all the rubbish left in my car. Like empty boxes and take away drinks. That is not acceptable. Very disappointed and probably that was my last time using click mechanic.
