Mark arrived 10 minutes early. Very friendly, likeable personality, and a great communicator. He got straight to work with little to work with in terms of the intermittant engine noise. But Mark was persistent, and manged to reproduce the noise to order, identifying a specific point on the rocker cover and the potential source of the engine noise, even allowing me to hear it clearly with his stethoscope. So it made perfect sense that it could NOT be a timing chain issue that another workshop had pointed to. Very grateful to Mark and clickmechanic.com. to provide a diagnosis at such short notice when local garages could not see me for at least a month!

Jose what can I say, absolutely nothing bad that's for sure went above and beyond, done 3 brake bleeds to make sure no air in the system, talked me through everything he completed, legend very happy.

Good boys here. They checked the job at my home at about 6pm before going home. Back in morning at 8am, finished before I'd had my third cup of tea. I struggled with payment, but they were cool about it. By midday I'd made payment and made a bunch of friends! I'll definitely come back here

Vish was terrific. Diagnosed the problem quickly and arranged to return and resolve it, fixing the issue but also offering guidance on what further work might be needed down the line. Really good guy.

Shaun was first class throughout all of my contact with him. Our van brokedown and was recovered late on Friday evening and he arrived first thing on Saturday morning. He called in advance and offered follow up support after resolving our issue and getting the van operational again. Shaun was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable and giving advice and options to make us more informed and reassured. I would highly recommend Shaun to anyone.
