They messaged the evening before to confirm exactly what time my car would be picked up the next morning, and arrived right on schedule. I was kept fully informed throughout with regular WhatsApp updates and photos at every stage. The level of communication and professionalism was excellent, and it’s clear they’re a highly capable and trustworthy garage. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Reece changed my break discs and pads both rear on my audi A4, was early so called ahead to make sure that was ok, got straight to work and repair was completed very quickly, test drove the car to make sure everything was OK, can't recommend new gen Auto service enough very competent and reliable mobile mechanics.
