My car was booked in for a major service and was to be collected between O8.00 and 10.00. To be fair they arrived at 07.45 which I was quite pleased with, and was told that they had one car on the ramp which needed to be completed before they started on mine, so it should be back to me in about 5 hours, which I was quite happy with. At 1.00pm no sign of my car and it was around 3.00pm that I got a call recommending an engine flush which I was quite happy to approve. At 6pm (10 hours after collection) still no sign of my car, so I called the garage to be advised that it would be back with me between 8 and 8.30pm, 12 hours after it was collected and 7 hours later than I was led to believe it would be back with me. It was actually delivered back to me at 7.30pm Communication does need improvement That aside, the service given to my car was bang on and she drives like a different car and more like the car I had when she was new. I am really enjoying driving it again, so absolutely no complaints about the level of work, just the estimations on timings.

They were fantastic. Got here bang on time and just got on with it. They were really clear on everything that needed to be done and gave great recommendations.

Brilliant - really knowledgable and helpful. No nonsense or messing about - identified the problem almost immediately.

Mechanic was 10/10 , took car in morning and had it back to me by end of the night
