Mark contacted me the evening before to confirm his pick up time and was very punctual. The work (front discs and pads) was completed very effectively at a nearby garage and returned around 1pm. Couldn't fault Mark or the service whatsoever. Top marks.....

James was excellent, the pre purchase assessment was booked within 2 days, it was to inspect a car I was about to purchase. After the assessment he gave me a call and detailed the areas that needed sorting on the car. The issues were minor but would easily have exceeded the cost of the assessment. The service from James was personable, I was able to ask questions about the car in general, thorough and very prompt.

he new what he was on about and told me to order a window module so i did .in between i phoned a garage and they said it would not be that but a cut wire between the door and car and told me cut the rubber and look for it .and there was a cut wire so we fixed it and know it works perfect so i paid 74 pounds for nothing .it took us 20 minuits to fix it

Dan was great turned up on time wrote a thorough report and explained everything that we could have been concerned about would highly recommend him!

Mihai turned up on time and advised that he could get my car back to me the same day. I texted later in the day to find out what time and he said he would have it back by 7pm. Mihai turned up at 8.30pm, and failed to update me about the delay or answer my calls. Also after he returned the car, I took it for a drive and a new warning light came on about the charging system. Mihai did a great job on my clutch but don't know that I would book again as communication was pretty poor.

Zia was very friendly and personable. He was quick to accutately diagnose the issue and clearly lay out what repairs was needed. He is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about his trade.
