Called well in advance to let me know he was running a bit late so that I could reschedule if needed. Pointed out a few bits on the car to pay attention to which was great, nice guy and professional job!

Simon was quite friendly but appeared to rely on the knowledge of his father’s who was accompanying him. The unexplained delay of almost two and half hours before returning my car was excessive after giving me an assurance that the diagnosis would be done within one hour. On return of my car the fuel gauge was a quarter tank down! The whole car was smelling grease! OMG!

Simon called to my house on Wednesday evening to diagnose the problem, sent a quote the same night and came back on Thursday morning to carry out the work. The issue was sorted and he also gave my car a check over to ensure that everything else was in order. There was a small issue that needed fixed and he sorted it for me when he had completed the main job. I am very happy with the service provided by Simon and would recommend him. He was friendly and knowledgeable and I will certainly use him again. The convenience of having a mechanic come to you is definitely worth the cost and cuts out the hassle of travelling back and forth to a garage during a busy working day. Mohammed arrived early to carry out a spark plug and ignition coil change on my Mini Cooper. He was very friendly and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions. Clearly knowledgeable and displayed transparency on another underlying issue, showing me photos and summarised what exactly needs to be done , previous garages didn’t pinpoint the oil leaking into the spark plug bay causing shaking when accelerating. Would highly recommend !
