It would have been better if this mechanic had contacted me on the chat or if Clickmechanic had asked me to approve the additional work more than the day prior.

They collected the car and kept me updated all the way on the progress. Car was fixed properly, well done guys.

Absolutely rubbish. The bill escalated from the agreed amount, then they tried to take 2 further payments on top of the agreed amount. I was told my car would be delivered back by 6pm , now 7pm no sign no update and no answer . Now I have no car for the morning, appalling all round, I certainly won't be using this service ever again.

Pick up and collected for mot communication was good informed of everything that they did and when car would be delivered back. Great service.

Swift Car Care were great, they arranged for my car to be collected at a time convenient for me (even though this was late in the evening) and found the issue very promptly. This was after I had been told by another garage that there was no issue. I was kept updated throughout the process and was informed of the extra cost before the work was carried out. The only small niggle is that on the final day I was expecting them to call in the morning after keeping the car overnight to check for leaks but didn't receive a call until late afternoon. This didn't cause me any problems though and the car was returned me to that evening.
