No work was carried out so can’t assess. What I can say is that the very polite young man who attended was not a mechanic. My bigger issue is that they sent him out with minimal tools in a carrier bag, to attempt a job they should have known could not be done onsite since I listed the reg plate and thus make/model/year when booking. To then be charged a cancellation fee just added insult to injury

Absolute joke and swindle. Took in my horse box for full service and MOT. They can’t even give me any paperwork showing what they did for a service (£300) and no idea what they did, they said if I didn’t go through click mechanic then I would have have received paperwork. They just said they do what click mechanic say. Said they would have it 1 day, 2 days of service.. then saying it would pass with flying colours and reassuring it would be back the next day , it failed and that it would nearly £3k for the work.
Too late to book anywhere else now, holiday had to be cancelled (horse riding holiday at the beach), devastated daughter, lots of money lost and I feel terrible.
Waited for our local trustworthy place to have availability, they’ve done the work for £789 and was finished in a couple of hours. They said it’s ridiculous and impossible to have got to that kind of money.
Also the name of the mechanic on the receipt is not the one you connected me to. Also they said they would drop the price if I went direct to them.
They did deliver it back when I said no. So they didn’t completely rob me so I’ll give them that.

Drove my car away but not returned. Completely rubbish service.
they.cannot change the tyre because.cannot fins the wheel key. However if they can drive out why cannot drive back as I paid for that already.

When we collected your vehicle, the full extent of the tyre damage was not visible. Once inspected at our garage, it became clear the tyre was in a severely unsafe condition, making the vehicle unroadworthy. For safety and legal reasons, we could not drive the vehicle back, as doing so would have put our driver and others at risk. In such cases, we reserve the right to decline to drive any vehicle deemed unsafe or unroadworthy.
We were also unable to replace the tyre because the locking wheel nut key was not provided.
This is an essential tool for removing the wheel and is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to supply — it is not something we are responsible for.
Despite this, we did offer alternative solutions, including arranging for a professional locking wheel nut remover to attend and assist. We always aim to help our customers find a practical resolution where possible.
We understand your frustration and regret any inconvenience caused, but safety must remain our top priority.

Was friendly…was booked in between 10am to 12pm I had a phone call at 0730 to see if it was possible to pick the car up early (luckily I was up ) it wasn’t a problem as I was thinking it was going to be done early ?? How wrong was I, I didn’t get my car back until 1830 😬 I thought it was being done over a 2 hour period give or take ? I was meant to be going out in the afternoon but had to cancel.. overall the car was done and happy with it
