Bilal handled the job — he picked up my car in the morning, was friendly, professional, and maintained great communication throughout. He explained the issues clearly, completed the repairs, passed the MOT, and returned the car by the afternoon. The whole process was smooth and very convenient. The repair costs were at the higher end of market rates, but still reasonable for a mobile mechanic with good availability. Mo was great, he let me know he was on his way and how long he'd be. Arrived on time, got straight to work and replaced my brake fluid, front discs and pads quickly and efficiently with no issues. If you want someone to check over a used Audi, then Edd Hunt is the person you'd want to do it. The inspection was meticulous and being there in person to see and understand the nuances of weak points was a huge plus. In fact while prepared to drive the car off the forecourt post review, while no deal breakers came up, the car was in its current condition unfit for the road. As Edd pointed out, anything there which could cause an accident is a no no. Creds to the CM team too - especially Emily for fixing my booking request behind the scenes. I came away with an educated viewpoint of the car condition and faults. And clear next steps. The quality care and skill shown in the assessment of the car went above and beyond my expectations. A challenger to the AA and RAC? For sure. I'd book again without hesitation. 10/10
