The entire process from booking the job online with ClickMechanic was just perfect and so easy. I required a lot of work doing. The mechanic was very helpful and knowledgeable. He contacted me when I booked the job and confirmed everything. He arrived to collect my vehicle and was professional and polite. He rang me a bit later to tell me that some of the work I had booked was not necessary and he would remove it from the job saving me money. I also added some other small bits of work. He was accommodating and very efficient and all of the work was completed and my car returned to me at home at the time stated. A full explanation of all work completed, the necessary paperwork was handed to me including my new MOT certificate. I would not hesitate to recommend Hibbert Vehicle Services for anything you need doing on your car.

Michael’s team were spot on; arrived on time, super friendly and really helpful. Kept me updated with progress and any potential issues (it’s a very old van with original parts). Managed everything requested in a good time and I’ll def be booking them again!

Alin arrived at the time he specified. Asked me what the problem was, so told him and also showed him a photograph of warning lights that appeared when the problem occurred. This helped I think. He was very thorough in his approach to my car, after driving my car to replicate the fault, it happened to him and he could see for himself what the problem was. I was very happy with the work that was carried out by him. He explained what he thought the problem was and also showed me in the engine bay. Was then on his way after about 1.5 to 1.75 hours.

Christopher was excellent. I booked him in for a pre-purchase inspection and it couldn't have been any better. Communication was easy, both with myself and with him getting in touch with the seller. Really happy. Communicated really well, explained diagnostic for my car clearly, did not try to charge me for silly repairs, honest and helpful advice about some not so good news regarding faults with my car. Would definitely use again.
