Russell was friendly, knowledgeable and considerate in regards the original work arranged to do. And what additional work, was found on the day, to be required, which was done to a high standard. Informed of the work that was done, that required to be done on the day, and additional work required. Once the additional work is completed, then the work overall is completed, car returned to the road.
