I was really struggling to get my car sorted as everywhere was so busy and desperately needed to get back on the road, accidentally came across this site. Andy was there the day I booked it and sorted the problem the next day which was a big job, fab service, really polite and reasonable prices. Even gave ongoing advice to how to protect my engine. Top Cornish guy!

I dont know what to say coz they were late,they pick my car and told failed mot so they carried the repairs and done but the communication is bad didnt explain properly what they did and i dont know i they do the top ups fluids

The mechanic Justin. Absolutely fantastic. There’s not much more I can say. I will definitely be using him when I need parts on my car fixing or replacing. He let me know the night prior a rough estimate that he would be arriving at my house the next day. I also got a phone call in the morning to inform me that he was on his way, he ran a bit late due to a traffic accident but text me straight away to let me know. The communication from Justin was the best that I’ve received. I booked my car in for a full service, he took photos and showed me everything at the end and reset my service light. Even showed me the wear on my front brake pads compared to my back. He’s such a friendly and knowledgeable man. 100% recommend, thanks Justin!

Stink attitude abrupt and rude He arrived on time to collect car but had an attitude when I said I wasn’t interested in his suggestion extra costs would definitely be needed. He didn’t state what the cost was but then mentioned a flywheel replacement was refused by me on the resolution centre message site. At that point he hadn’t even checked my car or even started the work - it was his assumption He agreed to return vehicle the following day at 3pm after collecting the car 2pm on Friday . However, 1 hour before he was to return the vehicle he rang to say he couldn’t find wheel lock and needed this otherwise couldn’t do the job!. So how could he have know a flywheel wouldn’t be definitely needed to be replaced? He agreed to return the car a 8pm and at around 7pm sent a text stating that no flywheel was needed yet he made such a pint about me refusing extra parts when he didn’t even know it was needed at the time he sent the message on Friday and 24 hours later he was wrong He checked my car couldnt find wheel lock but created a mess in the car by removing everything from the glove box leaving it on the floor and car seat. When I raised this he had the audacity to tell me via text, I was being ridiculous because my car was already messy anyway! My car might need vacuum and polish but it doesn’t give him the damn right to call me ridiculous or make more of a mess and think doing so is justified as my car was already messy I told him the seatbelt alarm was no longer working- he again using text told me it had nothing to do with him but I know the seatbelt alarm was working the last time I drove car. I suggested that maybe a wire was loose or sensor? .., he started talking about the airbag. I don’t know what the airbag has to do with the seatbelt and Ididn’t bother to wait for him to explain When he arrived at 8.30 and not 8pm he apologised for his attitude the day before about the parts.., but then once again chose to be rude today when I raised these points with him This behaviour is totally unacceptable to me I don’t expect to be spoken to like this and pay for it as well He even apologised and asked I visit his garage to refit wheel lock on Tuesday This dude is rude and aggressive and very defensive I will never use JK Auto and will never recommend him to anyone! I will let my Insta, Facebook and TIKTOK followers know about this dude - disgrace how can I trust the job he did was done correctly and is safe? If I could give this person - 0 I would

ACN Motors were excellent. Job took longer than expected with a few seized bolts to deal with but I was kept in formed of proceedings and returned on time. Great job !

The service and MOT were executed as expected. However, the job took an entire day, during which time I wasn't kept up to date. The job took 3.5 hours longer than estimated, even though no extra issues were reported.

Andrei was very helpful and came on Saturday to sort out my car two days earlier than my booking. He managed to fix the car and do all the replacements on the driveway. He explained all of it to me and provided more pieces of advice about other issues in the car. Thanks so much.
