As a first time user I was sceptical but the whole process has been fantastic. Richard was friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. His work was great and done in a timely and tidy fashion. He advised me on other works that need doing without being at all pushy or asking for the job himself. I would definitely recommend Richard and have no hesitation in using him again.

Firstly, ClickMechanic is a superb service that will my first choice in future. Enter your details and the nearest available mechanic, with the skills required us located for you. No endless time wasted phoning around. The mechanic arrived within the time slot, and took the car away due to needing a garage to replace both track rod ends. The car was returned later that day and drives like a dream. A great result from a competent and skillful mechanic. The best bit - the price. A local big name garage wanted £480 for parts. The whole job via Clickmechanic was completed for much less than half that, inclusive (BMW120d xtrack) ClickMechanic was a gem of a find, in this day and garage reliability is questionable. Thanks to all involved.

Omer (and his staff) were extremely helpful from start to finish. Although there were some issues with parts and the job as a whole, which meant the job took longer than anticipated, I was kept updated throughout and they ensured that the work was completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Omer to friends, and may be looking for him to do some additional work based on this experience.
