Karim was outstanding, and we are so grateful for his work! Our alternator conked out right before we were supposed to take a long road trip, which could have been a disaster, but Karim rescued us. Even better, he diagnosed that we had another underlying problem, which is what caused the issue with the alternator issue in the first place. He fixed both issues - and we were able to go ahead with our trip safely. His knowledge, skill and determination to understand and fix the problem - not to mention ensure we were on the road safely - were remarkable.

Yes! My exhausted was bust and making a terrible sound. I booked a same day mechanic for 1pm, they dianosed and came back at 4 same day again and fixed it. James and Adam were great and I love that it is no fuss and I can carry on with my meetings while my car is being sorted.

Firstly Tom repaired the car and ensured it was operational, he was good with communication and very punctual, arranged a time and arrived as promised. I would recommend using Tom again, it couldn't have been simpler and great the price being agreed upfront.

Rhalf arrived on time and returned the car lass then 4 hours later. Rhalf is very profressional and polite and spent time with me after the work had been carried out to make sure I was happy. I would recommed Rhalf and would be happy for him to carry out any future work if needed.

Dylan has done a really good job for my front and rear break pad replacement, he has good knowledge of bmw cars and updated the log of my car computer as well which shows when my break pad needs to be replaced, he kept me updated on his arrival time, he did the job in a very efficient manner even , thankyou dylan for your help and service

Josh was very friendly and I understord what he was doing as I thourght it was a relay part for my car but it was not it turned out to be a loos wine on the horn its all done and working right he was with me 40 minits aand the job was done I'm very happy and word use him agane.
