Ian took the job and attended the same day and spoke knowledgeably. He was confident he'd diagnosed the issue and said he would send me a quote. I had to chase the quote and once obtained we agreed a date; which I took a day off work for. I tried to contact Ian to get confirmation the day before but received nothing. I then phone him on the morning for an ETA, he said he needed to check the part had arrived and would attend later. At 5.15pm that day he sent a message to say the part hadn't arrived. I asked him to let me know when the part arrived. I didn't hear from him again. I complained to Click Mechanic and Ian said he'd be in touch the following Monday. Ian did not contact me. He would appear to have taken the diagnostic fee and run.
