Excellent service provided when replacing a broken clutch. Was able to collect my vehicle before the appointment date, was able to push my repair forward due to a cancellation and able to accommodate the return of my vehicle to me whilst I was at work, all with exemplary communication throughout.

Fantastic service, this is the first time I have used this app/service instead of the main dealership. The booking process on the website was so user friendly and had lots of available options and a good range of availability for times and dates. Once i had made the booking the communication from the click mechanic website and then from the individual mechanic was top notch. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family and for future car requirements I will come back to use this system rather than be over charged at the main dealerships ! Many thanks !
