Henry arrived on time and carried out the work quickly and very professionally. He also gave me some tips to avoid problems in the future. Will definitely be using again and will recommend to friends.

Conor was great and very professional. Very detailed report mechanically and cosmetically. Identified issue with flywheel and clutch which would have been an extremely expensive repair. Also identified a lot of other things which were not shown in the pictures. Boot only opened with key. Wing mirror casing not on properly, none of air vents worked, rear number had small misalignment, there was a door trim that was broken, sunroof didn't close. All things that seller had tried to hide Conor identified, everything explained in follow up call after inspection. Got exactly what I paid for, thanks Conor

Spencer was, courteous, professional, and thorough. He communicated the problem with my vehicle which was a dead auxiliary battery. He tested my new battery and informed me I should get a replacement as the battery that was sold was faulty.

Maz was very informative and explained things in great detail and was very patient with my questions and need for him to explain things repeatedly and in different ways in order for me to fully understand what his inspection had identified and the potential implications. Maz was very honest and transparent about his findings and their limitations, but ultimately suggested he would not be happy to purchase the vehicle due to there being potentially costly electronic issues present from what he’d identified on the diagnostic test… I decided not to go ahead with the purchase as a result of the inspection as it felt like too much of a risk.
