Raj had the car collected to fix the head gasket, this was on the 30th October, this job at best shouldn't have taken longer than a week, I was hoping to have it back before we went away at the end of that week, unfortunately we didn't, but hey that gave him an extra week to get it sorted. We didn't get the car back until Saturday 23rd December with one excuse and broken date after another!!!!! We collected the car, this had its own issues as the battery was dead which subsequently turned into a nightmare journey home, to make matters worse still, the car has come away with a fuel warning light that is permanently on, so this will now need to be fixed along with the wrecked interior where oily hands have been, albeit this has been denied. The day after getting the car home, coolant levels were checked and found to be below minimum, the vehicle is going in soon for an independent AA check as I have no faith that what has been done will last.

Car packed up around Christmas LOVELY! Jas came as soon as he could and identified issues, sadly couldn’t make the repairs due to more issues with the car and parts needed alongside financial circumstances being rough due to Christmas. Great mechanic though :)

Marley was superb from arrival to departure and was extremely helpful and informative as he went. The AA has attended the vehicle originally but their diagnostic at first didnt tally with the paperwork I had from the previous owner hence me using the ClickMechanic system. Marley went through all the possibilities and indeed identified the same issue as the initial report so now I can correctly seek a repair. Highly recommended 👍
