After having my Clutch replaced I had my car booked for tracking at in&out Spalding who have reported that the hub nuts have not been tightened up I have videos of left and right that where loose causing the brake calipers to rub and catch the inner wheels. Also on drives side the sensor wire was just hanging and not clipped in and I now have a split outer drivers side cv boot split. Im really disappointed 😞 and feel that I could have crashed the car taking it for tracking but in some respects glad it was found before any more damage had been done. Been advised that my wheel bearings may need changing now because of how loose both sides have been left as I had driven the car too In & out. Not happy 😒 could of killed me

Not my regular garage, but I must say I’m extremely happy with the service I received from CCUK. The mechanic came to collect my car to have the brakes done and the MOT completed. While carrying out the work, they noticed a fault showing on my dashboard and called me straight away to explain the issue before I gave the go-ahead for it to be fixed.

Job was carried out well. A delay in collecting the vehicle. Friendly staff mwmbers

I’m not happy. The mechanic came and fixed the broken road spring on my car but didn’t do a test drive after. Hours later when I drove the car there is a very audible rattling sound coming from the front wheel. I contacted the mechanic the following day only to be informed that it’s because additional parts need to be replaced. My car never had this rattling sound before and am baffled that after fitting new springs it’s now rattling and I’ve been given a bill for over £200 for additional work to be carried out. Not happy at all, my car doesn’t feel safe to drive at all!!

Tam was friendly and did a great job fitting timing belt. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Had Zabier replace my clutch on my van. An absolute gentlemen, took my van away on the 19/5/26 to Malvern & returned it 21/5/26 an expensive replacement but I guess that’s how much they are now a days. Upon return he advised he had used over half a tank of desiel and advised he would refund cost of fuel. Would defo use this guy again if the need arises. It’s always a little worrying seeing your vehicle drive off & wonder if you will ever see it again, but it was returned.

Jon replaced the water pump on my Toyota Van, he collected fitted the pump and returned the vehicle in the time frame he promised. I will definitely ask for him again should the need arise.

Great service. Ryan contacted me day before to confirm booking and check that if it was ok to pick the car up earlier. Job was done by the afternoon and he informed me when he was leaving the garage. Serviced and MOT done, no recommendations for further jobs given. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The driver who collected the car in the morning was friendly, communication via text was OK, they told me I needed to replace the rear shock absorbers as one was leaking, which would mean an MOT fail, a reasonable price was quoted, otherwise they didn't mention anything else that needed doing and the car was safely returned in the afternoon, the only issue I had was getting unexpected DART charges as nobody had told me they would be using the tunnel / bridge, but they immediately said they would refund me after I told them

Although they resolved several issues with my car, the car still wouldn't start because they informed me that a sensor (NOx) needs to be removed and they couldn't do that here; the car needs to be lifted to complete the job. But overall, everything went well.
