Vipul was absolutely great today came exactly when he said after moving the booking forward from 6pm to 8am! when he found out I needed it done earlier he was extremely helpful and came much earlier! Harvey was a really nice guy , however as it transpired the diagnostic check he did was incorrect. I did not know that of course until today when another mechanic fitted a new Condenser but the Air Con is still not working. So i have lost over £300 in the process.
