Darren was absolutely amazing, he was extremely knowledgeable in his work and clearly very passionate at his job. I’ve taken a drive this evening and the feel of the driving is definitely noticeable - I feel more comfortable and safer with the work he’s done. He was honest and upfront with me about the unfortunate situation with my car but felt like it was in good hands.

Rob did an excellent job fitting my brake discs and pads, cannot fault it one bit, thank you!

Happy with the worked carried out but took longer than expected as they booked in too many jobs. They were friendly and easy to contact for updates.

If everything was done I'm happy but was only here about 20 mins seems to have checked alot of things on the report in a short time

James was a true professional. He was easy to get hold of and the communications met my expectations. The work carried out was as promised and and met my own very high standards. Unfortunately on this occasion there had been a mix up with the supply of the wrong components for the requested job, however, the way James dealt with the situation and the way he kept me up to date was excellent. I would highly recommend James for others to use his services, as they will receive a quality, friendly service.

Imy took my car for its MOT and service to a garage 59 miles away! I was not informed of this at time of booking/acceptance, and would have most certainly declined the job if I had known! What a waste of petrol and milage. Click mechanic have not been helpful either. Despite preferring this collection method I will not be using this service again. There needs to be more clarity on where my car is going!

Its not an issue about the work carried out! The issue is they found other faults and did not ask me if I would like them to repair it!! They just did the work I requested despite finding the other issues! Whats the point of that??? Especially as they are already working on the car engine! No recommendations on how to deal with the new issues!!
