The mechanic did not apologise for being three hours late, he was polite when asking me questions, the work was carried out and showed the part taken out to be replaced

The work was perfect and speedy! However I have noticed a scratch on my front left wheel (I have black wheels and alloys so it’s easy to notice) and I never park on the right side as I live on a one way street, very gutted the car came back with slight damage. Couldn’t fault the mechanic for being friendly and explaining how things would work, what work would be done and provided accurate timings for the day Definately the cheaper option than going to a major garage, just a shame about the wheel

My mechanic was booked to carry out a service, and was friendly and very helpful. He arrived much later than was arranged, but he had to come from London to Southampton.

Lee was punctual, arriving on the dot at 10am. I went downstairs to greet him, and he cracked on with carrying out the service. On completion, he advised that all was good, and of a small non urgent issue, which I will look at getting resolved shortly.

Peter was very friendly and helpful. He was very punctual, and called me from his phone exactly on the arranged time.
