The guy who collected my van was on time and polite. There was little communication between myself and the garage but on the one occasion the garage did have to call me regarding a problem, they explained the problem in detail and asked for my permission to continue. The garage had my van from 09:00 - 17:15 but I assume this was exaggerated by the problem which arose.

Work was completed but it might be my fault as I thought it was being done at my office not being picked up between 08:00 and 10:00 then being dropped back by 14:00. Not a big problem but it was not picked up until 10:30.
