Jordan was knowledgeable, friendly, did a full diagnostic and found my coolant leak. Replaced it and now the car is run able again. Happy with the quality of work provided. This is more for click mechanic. There was a lot of miscommunication and false information during this booking and the call I received was not the best customer service I have ever had. Offering to cancel a job which is not completed is a condescending option and will only irate a customer, especially when they are then told they may not be able to get the part either if it was booked with someone else. We are all human and problems with distribution happens, but how this is communicated to the customer who is already stressed about the car being broken needs work. I would have used ClickMechanic again however this experience has now put me off as the management and scheduling needs work.

So helpful! They picked up my car, kept me up to date on the work that was needed, and then brought the car back the next day. Would happily go to them again!

I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by Click Mechanic, as the mechanic assigned did not have the proper skills or knowledge to diagnose the issue. He did not open the car’s bonnet or physically inspect the engine to identify the fault. • He relied solely on a basic OBD scan and was unable to provide any meaningful diagnosis. • He spent less than 30 minutes on the car and did not attempt any further checks. • He admitted he would need to consult with a BMW specialist, which shows he was not qualified to handle the case. • He promised on Monday to provide a cost estimate and repair timeframe but never came back with any response. This service was inadequate, unprofessional, and fell far below the expected standard of care. I booked with Click Mechanic to get a qualified diagnosis, not just a basic scan that I could have carried out myself.
