Brilliant, they got the car serviced and MOT'd quickly and efficiently. Picked it up and despite me being out when they returned it parked it in the same spot and dropped the keys through the letter box.

From the initial collection of the vehicle through to the inspection and communication over the phone, everything was handled with clarity and honesty. They didn’t pressure for unnecessary repairs and gave an accurate assessment of the issues. I felt respected and informed throughout the process.

This is the only time in the last five years I've let someone else work on my car. Numerous other garages quoted huge fees or refused the work. QCD had it done for less than anyone else, very quickly and the problem seems completely fixed. The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and polite, very happy all round.

They did what i booked my car for, and they informed me my car has other issues. I am happy because, i wasn’t aware of it. So i booked in a second service with them.
