I had 2 brake discs and pads replaced on the front wheels -- Reiss managed to do it at short-notice with minimal fuss, even though I had lost my locking wheel nut! Obviously very knowledgable and did some problem solving on the spot. Really lovely guy and what a great service to have the changes made on my driveway. Very pleased with the service - mechanic very friendly and helpful. I was given a 2 hour slot and the car was collected and work completed on time and car returned to me very promptly afterwards. Once work was completed I received an email to confirm all done and provide more information, again very promptly and in the expected time window, so no need to wait around or chase to see when my car would be ready. Would definitely use this service again.

Helpful to my understanding and in building confidence. Happy with the service and I received a follow up quote for the work almost immediately after the checks were completed - all very prompt.

Martin was a superstar. He called to say he could arrive a bit earlier than the booking time and carried out the necessary work in 15 minutes......my local garage couldn't work out the problem in 3 hrs! Punctual, professional and personable....I couldn't recommend Martin more highly.
