He was great, advised me of common faults which no one else i took my car tto check out advised me of. Gave me a breakdown on what possibles faults could have been, showed me whay faults appeared due to one issue, and how since it was working at the time the faults didn't appear. Was very punctual even though I was late to answering his call, apologies again.

Mike was exceptional! He arrived right on schedule and completed the job flawlessly. The timing chain replacement was done to perfection. Furthermore, he took the time to inform me about other critical components that needed attention. His thorough approach gave me confidence in the work he performed.
