Absolutely spot on, came and sorted my car at my workplace which was super convenient. Clearly very knowledgeable and was even happy to show me what to do next time if i have the same issue. Jack called me to tell me that he would be 45 minutes later than the time frame, but this was not a problem. He then arrived exactly at the time he had said. Not only did he replace the alternator but he identified a problem with leaking coolant, and topped up the coolant reservoir so that I could get it to my garage. I am very satisfied with his work, and on top of that he was friendly, and straightforward.

Ion was great. Very helpful and did a great job on my Citreon relay. Replaced brake pads efficiently and no fuss.

Mark has done a few jobs for me now and is always punctual and reliable. Unfortunately this job was a difficult one and required services outside of clickmechanics remit, but Mark was accurate in his assessment, how to take forward and the likely hurdles in doing this.
