Ben was amazing. He got in contact with me ahead of time to ask if he could arrive earlier which was no issue for me, he fitted the brake pads and discs in short time, he was ever so polite and explained everything to us when finished.

Henry was thorough from start to finish, both in his communication and completion of the job. He seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the car and gave me great peace of mind when he said he would be happy with his daughters taking the car home. Henry also identified a functional service light and pushed for this to be resolved. When I contacted the dealership, they already had it organised to be resolved through Volvo. I usually fly into England from Northern Ireland, inspect the car myself and drive it home, but as this car was further south, it was much easier to have it professionally inspected and then transported home. Based on my experience with Henry, I would definitely recommend his service.

Yes happy with what he did, diagnosed the problem, but he left me saying a mobile mechanic would be unable to take out my gearbox as required, so I’m stuck now as I can’t find anyone as knowledgeable as Chris was who can actually fix my problem.

I'd booked Luke and Owen for a standard brake fluid change, but I also let them know about the brake pedal being quite soft and whether they could look into that too. They did the brake fluid change, checked the whole brake system thoroughly and fixed the soft pedal issue, letting me know what to look for if I start experiencing similar issues again. It's been a few days now and the brakes are still spot on with no issues whatsoever. They did a brilliant job and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get any work done on their car.
