Absolutely appalling mechanic! Please don’t waste your money on him! A 3 hour inspection which took him 45 mins max. Costing me over £1,500 in repair bills due to his incompetence. Very poor customer service from click mechanic use AA or someone else they’ve are so poor!!!!! In court with him to try recoup some Of the money he’s cost me- PLEASE AVOID!

Bogdan was amazing!! Made sure I understood everything he needed to work on, and even why the part had failed in the first place. My car in particular is a real pain to work on, and he still took on the job knowing this which i am super grateful for. So friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend him!

Chris was really polite and professional. Was very efficient and normally I hate the process of dealing with garages and their upselling techniques. Chris was not like this at all and I have to say Chris and clickmechanic process was the most pleasant and pain free experience I’ve had.
