Simon phoned several times before appointment advising arrival. Unfortunately I could not be present so he told my partner what errors were present and advised he would call to discuss with me. I contacted him that evening after he did not call back and was told he knocked off at 3.30 and was with family (fair enough, it was a Sunday). He went above and beyond texting what the problem was after hours, but did not give quotes or advise who could repair, except that 'they' could and he would confirm availability the next day (Monday). Sadly, despite text reminders Simon went incommunicado and stopped responding. We ended up booking with a main dealer.

Andy was both punctual and approachable. A genuine "salt of the earth" fellow. I had incorrectly identified the brake issue citing the front brakes and pads. Whereas it transpired to be the rear brakes. Therefore needed alternative parts. Andy assured me he could sort it out, and within no time the issue was remedied. The weather was awful, and yet he diligently and professionally ensured the job got done. Many would've cried off due to conditions and this refusal to succumb, immediately set Andy apart. Top job.....
