No work was carried out.

My mechanic was booked for a window between 18:00-20:00. I did not have access to the portal at the time as the wrong email was registered but he did have my phone number to contact me. He called me on two occasions whilst I was in work meetings from a number I didn’t recognise at 16:59 and 18:43 but did not leave any text message or voice message to identify himself. I called back the number once available at 19:31 and he still did not identify who he was or why he was calling but said he will call me back. He never called back or picked any future calls from me despite multiple attempts to call him. I arranged for a call to his number from a different phone number from mine where he confirmed who he was. He said he would reschedule. He never did this and has charged me a cancellation fee which has not been refunded despite a request to.
