“Ben was a very friendly, helpful and informative mechanic. He attended the car for the initially diagnostics test in a timely and prompt manner.

The car required extra diagnostics test back at the garage, for which Ben returned quickly to collect the car and provided the quote for the work. Unfortunately for us the cost of the fix, which was very reasonable for the work, didn’t make sense as we are replacing the car in a few months.

Ben provided communication when required and photos of car throughout the process. He also didnt charge any extra for the additional tests, or the collection and return of the car, which i felt was incredibly reasonable.

I would definitely recommend Ben.”

“Absolutely outstanding service from James! He came out to my workplace to fix my car, which was incredibly convenient. Not only did he sort the issue I originally called him for, but he also took the time to check over the whole car and let me know about a few other things that needed attention. He came back the very next day, fixed everything, and even gave the car a full service.

James also gave me some great advice on how to keep the car running smoothly and talked me through getting a warranty for added peace of mind. Super friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using him again. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!”
