“Charlie is truly exceptional. I needed a clutch fitted on my horse box urgently. 17 garages had waiting lists of two weeks on average, I had a major competition to attend and thought I was doomed until I found Charlie on Click Mechanic. He not only turned up on time, he worked so hard and found two other critical issues. He was open, honest and a subject matter expert. He ordered the additional part, returned the next day, worked for half a day without a break (for two consecutive days) and had us on our way to Grantham with minutes to spare!
